Geovanna Santos emerged as a standout performer at the recent elite gymnastics competition, securing an impressive second place overall. Her exceptional skills earned her two gold medals in the ball and ribbon events, alongside two silver medals in the hoop and clubs categories.
Another notable athlete, Ana Luiza Neiva, also delivered a remarkable performance, finishing third overall in the elite category. Neiva added a silver medal in the ribbon event and claimed bronze medals in both the hoop and clubs.
In the team competition, the Instituto Esportivo Capixaba (Incesp)/Clube Ítalo secured the second place, while the Escola de Campeãs took home the third position. The Incesp/Clube Ítalo team, which included Geovanna Santos, Luiza Traspadini, and Nicolly Bastos, was coached by Gizela Batista and João Santo. Meanwhile, the Escola de Campeãs featured standout performances from Ana Luiza Neiva, Emanuelle Felberk, and Maria Cecília Scandian, under the guidance of trainers Luciane Hammes and Monika Queiroz.
