The European Commission (EC) representative, Stefan de Keersmaecker, stated on February 18 in Brussels that the European Union should participate in negotiations to end Russian military aggression in Ukraine as a key international player. De Keersmaecker noted the current stage as a "preparatory process" involving consultations with various partners to achieve a fair and reliable peace. He emphasized that any resolution on Ukraine must involve Ukraine and the European Union.

EU countries and the EC representative reiterated their commitment to supporting Ukraine to achieve peace, restore its sovereignty, and ensure the necessary potential for future negotiations. Egypt has called on Arab countries to participate in an initiative on the "Gaza vision". This initiative is scheduled for March. Netanyahu is promoting the Trump plan.

The Egyptian Foreign Ministry announced that a meeting to resolve the conflict between Israelis and Palestinians under the title "Gaza Vision" will be held in March (14 Esfand) in this country. This ministry has called on member countries of the Arab League to participate in this meeting.

Egypt, along with Qatar, is mediating between Israel and the Hamas terrorist group.

It is expected that in the March meeting, Donald Trump, the President of the United States, will support the new Gaza plan from this perspective and give them to the Arab countries to consider. This plan is more rejected by Egypt, Jordan, and other countries in the region.

According to Deutsche Welle, the Egyptian government wants the new Gaza residents to live safely in the area and protect Gaza's infrastructure with international aid.

In the meantime, the Israeli Foreign Minister said that his country wants complete security in the new Gaza and the non-organization of this region. According to his statements, it is not acceptable for Israel to remain organized in the new Gaza.

He also emphasized that Israel will not support a plan that transfers Palestinian self-governing organizations to the control of the Hamas terrorist group in the Gaza Strip.

Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, also emphasized this issue and rejected the control of the Gaza Strip by self-governing organizations.

Netanyahu said: "Those who threaten me, after the war in Gaza, neither Hamas nor the Palestinian self-governing organizations should exist."

According to the announcement of the Israeli Prime Minister's office, he also said: "I am determined to implement President Trump's plan to create a new Gaza."

This is while Trump's plan to create a new Gaza has caused many protests and oppositions in the Arab countries. Egypt, Jordan, and other countries in the region have also rejected this plan.

Sky News Arabia reported that the terrorist group Hamas is ready to hand over the control of the Gaza Strip to the Palestinian self-governing organizations to Mahmoud Abbas, but Hamas's condition is that the commanders of this group must hold new positions and or have the right to inspect them.

The Israeli Foreign Minister told Reuters news agency that this country is in the second phase of the Gaza reconstruction. According to his statements, this phase also includes a different struggle of Israeli groups with Palestinian prisoners.

The Israeli Foreign Minister emphasized that his country's shore is a complete security Gaza, "something like Hezbollah" in Lebanon, which the Lebanese armed forces must protect their borders. He emphasized that it is not acceptable for Israel to remain organized in the new Gaza.

According to his statements, pre-emptive measures between Hamas and Israel are essential for the freedom of Israeli groups to be achieved. Israeli reports reported on Saturday that in a recent phase, at least three groups, six prisoners, have been released and in exchange, the remaining Palestinian prisoners who are scheduled to be released in the phase, can be released.

This news, which was published in the Israeli network "Kan", has not been confirmed by Israeli authorities.
