Manuela Arcuri Opens Up About Past Relationships and Scandals on Verissimo

Manuela Arcuri is set to appear today, February 1, on the popular Italian talk show Verissimo, alongside her son Mattia. The actress, born on January 8, 1977, in Anagni, began her career as a model at the young age of fifteen. She gained notoriety in the entertainment industry after starring in several films and television series.

Arcuri's rise to fame was marked by her role in the film 'Bagnomaria,' directed by Giorgio Panariello, which led to her hosting 'Sanremo Estate.' Over the years, she has graced the covers of magazines such as 'Max,' 'Boss Magazine,' and 'Playboy Italia.'

Transitioning from film to television, Arcuri gained recognition in the series 'Carabinieri' and later starred in the miniseries 'Io non dimentico.' Her breakout role came with the Mediaset drama 'Pupetta - il coraggio e la passione,' which won her the Best Actress award at the Roma Fiction Fest. In 2019, after becoming a mother, she returned to the spotlight as a contestant on 'Ballando con le stelle.'

Arcuri's romantic life has often been a topic of gossip. Her relationship with footballer Francesco Coco made headlines, as did her brief affair with actor Gabriel Garko, which she later described as a genuine romance despite Garko's coming out. In 2010, she began dating entrepreneur Giovanni Di Gianfrancesco, with whom she shares a son, Mattia, born in 2014. The couple married in Las Vegas in 2013 and renewed their vows in July 2022.

In 2011, Arcuri faced allegations of attending private parties hosted by Silvio Berlusconi, purportedly to secure her brother a role in a TV series. During an appearance on 'La Confessione,' she denied these claims, stating, 'I met a fantastic man; I cannot say otherwise. I got to know him because I was working closely with Mediaset and attended some dinners he organized.'
