This forecast comes from the Solar Astronomy Laboratory of the Institute of Space Research and the Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
The storm is expected to begin in the afternoon, with scientists noting that while the plasma cloud is not particularly strong, its low propagation speed could still generate effects.
