Sol Strategies to Provide Staking for 3iQ's Solana ETF, Investing Up to $15M

Sol Strategies Inc. (CSE: HODL) (OTCQX: CYFRF) announced on February 11, 2025, from Toronto, that it has been selected as the staking provider for 3iQ Corp.'s Solana Staking ETF. According to the non-binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), signed on February 7, 2025, Sol Strategies will invest up to $15 million, or 33.33% of the Fund's total assets, upon its launch, maintaining the investment for at least three months. As of the announcement, Sol Strategies manages 1.64M SOL across three validators and holds 218,903 SOL staked to its own validators. The company also reported $72M CAD in liquidity.
