SEOUL, Dec 29 - A serious aircraft accident occurred at Muan International Airport in South Korea, resulting in 23 confirmed casualties, according to the Yonhap news agency. The incident involved a Jeju Air plane that was returning from Thailand, carrying 175 passengers and six flight attendants. The crash happened during the landing phase.
