China and Nigeria Renew $2 Billion Currency Swap to Enhance Trade Relations

On December 27, 2024, China and Nigeria announced the renewal of a currency-swap arrangement valued at 15 billion yuan (approximately $2 billion). This initiative aims to bolster trade and investment between the two nations.
