Safety is a priority, with advanced driver-assistance systems like Adaptive Cruise Control and Active Driver Assist, offering Level 2 autonomous driving capabilities.
The vehicle architecture provides competitive advantages, including a flat floor, a long wheelbase of 2.54 meters, a low center of gravity, and a generous trunk space of 326 liters, all while weighing under 1,500 kg.
Powertrain options include two versions with outputs of 120 and 150 PS, supported by 40 and 52 kWh batteries, respectively, ensuring a range of up to 400 km (WLTP). Additionally, it features V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid) capability, allowing energy return to the grid.
Recently, the Renault 5 E-Tech Electric was awarded the title of European Car of the Year for 2025, marking a consecutive win for Renault following the Renault Scenic E-Tech Electric's victory last year.
