Jerusalem – Following a 12-day conflict with Iran, Israel is lifting restrictions on public gatherings, workplaces, and schools, effective June 24, 2025. This follows the implementation of a ceasefire agreement between the two nations.
Defense Minister Israel Katz ordered the country to return to full activity starting at 8 p.m. local time on June 24. The guidelines are set to remain in effect until the evening of June 26, when they will be reviewed. The Israel Airport Authority has also confirmed the resumption of all flights to and from the country.
The conflict saw Israel targeting Iranian military and nuclear facilities, while Iran launched missile attacks on Israel. The ceasefire, announced by U.S. President Donald Trump, marks a significant de-escalation. However, the situation remains delicate, with international observers monitoring developments closely.
