Algeria's National Unemployment Insurance Fund (CNAC) is planning a digital transformation in 2025 to improve public services and streamline administrative processes. Minister of Labor, Employment, and Social Security, Fayçal Ben Taleb, reviewed CNAC's 2024 achievements and the upcoming year's action plan during a session in Algiers. The focus will be on developing a high-performance information system for managing unemployment insurance and securing data. Modernizing reception facilities is also planned to improve citizen comfort and care. Minister Ben Taleb stressed the importance of accelerating project implementation, resolving pending cases, and enhancing public service quality. He also highlighted the need to advance CNAC's management digitization, aligning with the government's broader digital transition goals. Regular evaluations and monitoring of CNAC's activities will be conducted to ensure effective implementation and improvements in public service performance. This initiative is part of Algeria's broader digital transformation strategy, which includes over 500 projects aimed at promoting public service.
