Saudi Arabia's Foreign Minister, Prince Faisal bin Farhan, arrived in Doha to participate in the 49th Ministerial Council meeting of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
Kuwait's Foreign Minister, Abdullah Al-Yahya, also attended the meeting. The GCC, established on May 25, 1981, includes Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Oman, and Bahrain.
The meeting is expected to address regional security concerns and cooperation among member states.
