Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi met with Omani Foreign Minister Badr Al-Busaidi and Qatari counterpart Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani to discuss Iranian-American relations. Araqchi noted the Qatari minister presented ideas for a trilateral meeting.
Araqchi emphasized a shift in Gulf states' view towards Iran, favoring regional dialogue to bridge differences, especially concerning talks with Washington. He highlighted that regional countries support dialogue and seek to reconcile viewpoints to resolve disputes.
He also pointed out that achieving regional peace is a priority, suggesting the involvement of the United States in stability efforts. Araqchi reiterated Iran's readiness for diplomatic engagement to address regional and international issues.
