UAE and France Strengthen Strategic Ties in Paris Meetings

The United Arab Emirates and France held strategic cooperation talks in Paris, focusing on mutual interests and international security. Lana Nusseibeh, the UAE's Assistant Minister for Political Affairs, engaged with high-ranking French officials at the Élysée Palace between April 7-8, 2024.

Nusseibeh met with advisors to President Emmanuel Macron, Geremie Robert, Director of African Affairs, and Bruno Fuchs, chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee. Discussions centered on boosting cooperation in investment, economic development, and technological innovation, while underscoring the importance of international peace and stability.

Nusseibeh emphasized the strategic partnership between the UAE and France, with the goal of improving foreign policy coordination on global issues.
