airlines Extend Suspension of Flights to tel Aviv

Several international airlines have announced further extensions to the suspension of their flights to Tel Aviv. This decision follows ongoing concerns about the safety and security of air travel in the region. The initial suspensions were put in place due to increased regional tensions.

Numerous airlines are affected by this extended suspension. These include LOT Polish Airlines, which has suspended flights until May 25. United Airlines has suspended flights until June 12, while Transavia (Dutch) and Air Baltic (Latvian) have extended their suspensions until May 20.

Additionally, the Lufthansa Group, including Swiss Airlines, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, and Eurowings, has prolonged its suspension until May 25. Air France has suspended flights to Israel until May 20. Iberia Express (Spanish) has suspended flights until May 31, and British Airways has suspended flights until June 14. Air Canada, originally planning to resume services on June 8, has postponed its return to September 2025.
