Iranian Foreign Minister Visits Pakistan to Strengthen Ties

Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi is scheduled to arrive in Pakistan for an official visit. The visit aims to strengthen the relationship between the two nations. State-run media reported the planned arrival.

During his visit to Islamabad, Araghchi will meet with President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, and Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar. The Pakistani foreign ministry emphasized the deep-rooted relationship between Pakistan and Iran. They also highlighted a shared commitment to strengthening bilateral cooperation.

The two sides are also expected to discuss regional and global developments. This visit is anticipated to further enhance cooperation between the two countries. Pakistan and Iran share historic cultural, religious, and economic ties.
