Madrid, Spain - The Taste Ecuador campaign, funded by the European Union and executed by the International Trade Centre, has partnered with Madrid restaurants to incorporate Ecuadorian exotic fruits into their menus during April and May. Restaurants including La Tasquería, Ayawaskha, Raimunda, and 1923 Cocktail Bar are featuring dishes and cocktails with fruits like pitahaya amarilla, orito, and granadilla. The initiative supports over 940 small Ecuadorian farmers, fostering economic development through the export of non-traditional fruits.
