The resolution emphasizes strengthening ties with aligned partners and reducing reliance on third countries for defense, prioritizing the development of its own industry and joint procurement of military systems. The Parliament suggests exploring innovative financial solutions, such as Eurobonds, to fund major military investments. The resolution passed with 419 votes in favor, 204 against, and 46 abstentions.
