The first project, valued at $1.5 billion and located near Hanoi, is expected to break ground in May and includes three 18-hole golf courses and a residential complex. A second project near Ho Chi Minh City is under consideration, with a potential deal announcement by year-end. The Trump Organization's Vietnamese partner, Kinhbac City, initially announced the first project in October. Representatives from the consortium recently met with Vietnam's Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.
