Israeli Airstrikes Target Military Sites in Southern Syria's Deraa Province

Israeli military aircraft conducted airstrikes in Syria's southern Deraa province, targeting military positions of the former Bashar al-Assad regime. The Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA) reported that the strikes hit the towns of Jbab and Izraa, located north of Deraa, 103km south of Damascus. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported 17 strikes by Israeli fighter jets on the Artillery Regiment 89 and the 12th Brigade. No casualties were reported. Israeli media indicated the attacks targeted army outposts, weapons depots, radars, tanks, and artillery.
