US and Philippines Reaffirm Alliance Amid Indo-Pacific Concerns

Manila's ambassador to the United States, Jose Manuel Romualdez, stated on Monday that the United States and the Philippines have reaffirmed the importance of their alliance and shared interests in the Indo-Pacific region across all bilateral discussions. Romualdez also emphasized the need for all countries to enhance their defense capabilities and ensure economic security.
