Mexico's Congress Set to Pass Constitutional Reform by Mid-November

MEXICO CITY, Nov 4 - Mexico's Congress is expected to pass a constitutional reform aimed at abolishing certain autonomous institutions by mid-November. Ricardo Monreal, the leader of the lower house for the ruling Morena party, indicated during a press conference that the reform is likely to be finalized between November 11 and 14.
