Vivo has launched the X200 Ultra and X200s smartphones in China, featuring significant hardware upgrades. The X200 Ultra includes a Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, custom VS1 and V3+ chips, and a 200MP periscope tele camera. It also boasts a 6,000mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. The X200s is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset and features Zeiss-enhanced cameras. It has a 6,200mAh battery with similar charging capabilities. The X200 Ultra features a 6.82-inch QHD+ LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The X200s has a 6.67-inch FHD+ display, also with a 120Hz refresh rate and 5,000 nits peak brightness. Both phones run Android 15-based OriginOS and offer premium features like in-display fingerprint sensors and IP68/IP69 ratings.
