Apple Ditches 64GB Storage on iPhones and iPads, Standardizing 128GB Minimum, Enhancing Entry-Level Offerings

Apple is phasing out 64GB storage options on iPhones and iPads, starting with the iPhone 16e and iPad 11. This move aligns Apple with competitors by offering a minimum of 128GB storage across its smartphone and tablet lineup. Apple has also removed Macs with 8GB of unified memory (RAM), replacing them with 16GB models compatible with Apple Intelligence. The Apple TV 4K still offers a 64GB base model, justified by its focus on streaming over local storage.
