Kia unveils the EV4, a battery-electric vehicle available in sedan and hatchback styles, at Kia EV Day in Europe.
The long-range sedan model boasts a class-leading range of 391 miles (630 km).
Battery options include a standard 58.3-kWh pack (267 miles/430 km range) and a larger 81.4-kWh pack.
The EV4 features superior aerodynamics with a 0.23Cd drag coefficient.
Performance includes a 0-62 mph (97 km/h) sprint in 7.4 seconds and a top speed of 105 mph (169 km/h).
It supports 10% to 80% charging in 31 minutes (long-range) using an 11-kW charger.
Connectivity features include virtual key entry, third-gen i-Pedal, OTA updates, voice assistant, and a 30-inch display.
Driver-assistance includes Level 2 Highway Driving Assist 2 (HDA2).
Sedan production starts in Korea in mid-March, hatchback in Slovakia in Q3, targeting European sales.
