Maruti Suzuki Launches E Vitara with Impressive Range and Advanced Features

Maruti Suzuki has unveiled its new electric car, the E Vitara, at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo. The vehicle features a high-efficiency battery pack offering over 500 km of range on a full charge.

The E Vitara comes with two battery options: a 49 kWh pack generating 144 hp and a 61 kWh pack producing 174 hp. An optional 65 hp motor on the rear axle allows for all-wheel drive.

Interior highlights include multi-color ambient lighting, front ventilated seats, and a 10.1-inch infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The vehicle also boasts a panoramic sunroof, 360-degree cameras, and Level 2 ADAS for enhanced safety.

Maruti Suzuki plans to produce the E Vitara at its Gujarat plant and will support fast charging in over 100 cities. A smart home charger will be included, alongside plans for 1,500 EV service stations across 1,000 cities.

For safety, the E Vitara is equipped with 7 airbags and features designed to protect occupants during accidents.
