Kia expands its electric vehicle lineup with the upcoming EV2, a compact crossover specifically designed for the European market.
The EV2 will measure approximately 4 meters in length, making it 30 cm shorter than the EV3, while boasting a generous wheelbase of 2.56 meters for enhanced urban agility.
Its design draws inspiration from Kia's larger electric models, featuring a distinctive sickle-shaped light signature and a square bonnet under a vertical windscreen.
The EV2 will offer two battery options: a 42 kWh LFP pack and a 62 kWh NMC pack, providing ranges of 186 miles and 273 miles respectively according to the WLTP cycle.
Expected pricing will range between £17,000 and £25,000, positioning the EV2 within the revitalized A segment alongside competitors like the Citroën C3 and Fiat Grande Panda.
