Beijing, China - Xiaomi has introduced its first AI-powered smart glasses, the Xiaomi AI Glasses, during the "Human × Car × Home" event on June 26, 2025. These glasses are designed to compete with Meta Platforms' Ray-Ban Meta.

The Xiaomi AI Glasses feature a classic square-frame design, weighing only 40 grams. They come in black, brown, and green, with an electrochromic lens edition that changes color with a touch.

Powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon AR1 Gen 1 processor, the glasses include 4GB RAM and 32GB storage. The front camera is a 12MP Sony IMX681 sensor. They offer Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity.

The glasses integrate the XiaoAI voice assistant, allowing users to perform tasks via voice commands. These tasks include capturing photos and videos, object recognition, real-time text translation, and QR code scanning. The 263mAh battery provides up to 8.6 hours of use.

Available in China for 1,999 yuan (approximately $280), Xiaomi aims to capture the growing smart glasses market. The company has not announced a launch date for other markets.
