The study also explores the changing landscape of education and employment, emphasizing the need for adaptability. The report suggests a shift towards self-directed and practical learning.

The report highlights regional differences, with Europe leading in professional mobility. North America prioritizes practical experience, while Latin America shows the most positive perception of digital learning platforms.
