The report, titled "Skills of the Future," surveyed 15,000 people across Europe and the Americas. It reveals that AI will be essential for employability, according to 60% of respondents.

38% of respondents believe their pre-employment training was not useful.
The report also indicates that AI and data science will be among the most in-demand areas in the next five years. The majority consider expanding their skills a necessity.

The report highlights regional differences, with Europe leading in professional mobility. North America prioritizes practical experience, while Latin America shows the most positive perception of digital learning platforms.
