Microsoft Edge Tests Copilot as Default New Tab Page

Microsoft is testing deeper Copilot AI integration within its Edge browser. Redmond, Washington - The test feature allows users to set Copilot as the default new tab page. Currently available in the Edge Insider build (version 137.0.3274.0 or later), the feature increases AI accessibility. Users can leverage Copilot's capabilities without opening a separate sidebar. To enable the feature, users must activate experimental flags and restart Edge. Microsoft has not announced the stable release date.
