China's Hainan Expo Spotlights AI and Global Trade

The 5th China International Consumer Products Expo (CICPE) in Hainan is showcasing China's commitment to global trade and innovation. The expo, running from April 13-18, features over 1,700 companies from 71 countries.

AI Innovations Take Center Stage

A new Consumer Technology Exhibition Area highlights artificial intelligence and other emerging fields. Unitree Robotics launched its mass-produced humanoid robot G1 at the expo.

Intelligent robotic dogs, robotic hands, and brain-machine interface bionic limbs are also featured. These innovations aim to enhance consumer experiences and drive industrial development.

Hainan as a Global Hub

Hainan is becoming a global trade and investment hub with independent customs operations planned for 2025. The Hainan Free Trade Port offers streamlined duty-free shopping and visa-free policies for 77 countries.
