Microsoft and Founderz have launched "AI Skills 4 Women," an initiative providing free AI education to women in Europe, Bulgaria, and Africa.
The program aims to address the underrepresentation of women in the tech sector, where they currently hold only 22% of AI specialist roles, 12% of research positions, and 16% of faculty positions.
The initiative includes courses led by experts, aiming to empower women with AI skills and promote their career advancement in the technology industry. The program also includes 150 scholarships for participants seeking to enhance their AI knowledge.
