Zenity Secures $38M to Enhance AI Security Solutions

Zenity, a leader in securing agentic AI, has raised $38 million in a Series B funding round, co-led by Third Point Ventures and DTCP. This brings the company's total funding to over $55 million, following a strategic investment from Microsoft's venture arm, M12.

The firm focuses on protecting enterprises from vulnerabilities in agentic AI and low-code applications, as AI adoption accelerates across various sectors. The new funds will be used to expand Zenity's global presence and enhance product development, engineering, sales, and marketing efforts.

Zenity plans to launch a partner program to support businesses integrating agentic workflows. Their research indicates that large enterprises manage nearly 80,000 AI agents and applications, many of which pose security risks.

CEO Ben Kliger stated, 'The future of work is now. Security teams need robust solutions to manage risks associated with AI and low-code tools.' The funding is seen as timely amidst the growing use of AI for automation, particularly with tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot.
