Culinary Feats: SRM IHM Sets Vegan Burger Record Ananda Dairy Crafts World's Largest Paneer on February 27-March 1, 2025

SRM Institute of Hotel Management (SRM IHM) achieved a Triumph World Record on March 1, 2025, by preparing 3,688 vegan burgers in 1.55 seconds. Over 350 students and alumni collaborated to create Millet Vegan Burgers, which were then distributed to those in need, aligning with the 'No Food Waste' initiative. Ananda Dairy, based in Bulandshahr, secured a Guinness World Record on February 27, 2025, for producing the largest paneer slab, weighing 205.4 kilograms. The paneer, made from 100% pure milk, was crafted at their Khairpur Village facility in Uttar Pradesh. Guinness World Records officials certified the achievement, recognizing Ananda's commitment to quality. Following the record, Ananda Dairy donated the entire paneer slab to NGOs and community kitchens, demonstrating their dedication to social responsibility.
