Rocket's Debut Album and Tour Announced

Edited by: Inna Horoshkina One

Rocket, an indie rock band from Los Angeles, has launched their debut album, "R Is for Rocket." The album was released on October 3, 2025, through Transgressive Records. The recording took place at 64 Sound and the Foo Fighters' Studio 606.

In support of the album, Rocket has scheduled their first headlining tour, commencing in late 2025. The tour will include performances in Nashville and New York. The band's early performances included opening for indie rock outfit Milly.

The album features the single "Wide Awake," which showcases the band's blend of moody riffs and dreamy vocals. The album cover art is a tribute to Alithea Tuttle's father. The band's name, "Rocket," was inspired by Tuttle's doodling of a rocket ship, reflecting their shared love for the Smashing Pumpkins' song "Rocket."
