Opera Giant and Tennis Ace Unite for Anthem of Ambition: 'Polvere e Gloria'

The music world is buzzing! Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli and tennis world number one Jannik Sinner have released a new single, "Polvere e Gloria" ("Dust and Glory"). The track has already been hailed as an "anthem of ambition." Released on June 20, 2025, under the Decca Records/Universal Music label, the song is a philosophical dialogue between art and sport, where every note hits the heart. The composition is a sonic battle of the court.

Bocelli's piano onslaught symbolizes the tension of a match, while Sinner's spoken word section captures the champion's pulse: "Be yourself! Talent is a myth: it must be earned with blood!" These words are not poetic metaphor, but the athlete's creed. Jannik himself admits: "It's an incredible honor to work with the maestro, who has been carrying the glory of Italy for 30 years. Who could have imagined my voice in his song?"

All proceeds from the track will go towards building music schools in the slums of Naples. "Art should erase boundaries, just as sport does," Bocelli emphasized at a press conference in Milan.

The epic duet is available on all streaming platforms. For connoisseurs, a limited-edition vinyl with the artists' autographs is available: part of the edition is being sold at auction to benefit UNICEF.

Sinner commented on the release before the Wimbledon semi-final: "When you listen to 'Polvere e Gloria' after a defeat, you realize: the dust of failures is fertilizer for future glory." A philosophy worthy not only of the courts, but also of life's textbooks.
