BTS member Jin made a surprise appearance at Coldplay's Seoul concert on Saturday. He performed 'The Astronaut' and 'My Universe' with Chris Martin.
This marked Jin's first stage performance since returning from military service in June 2024. His last performance was in 2022 before his military duties.
During the concert, Jin held a sign asking to sing 'The Astronaut' with Coldplay. They shared a heartfelt moment and performed together. Chris Martin also acknowledged BTS as the 'best band in the world'.
Jin is scheduled to embark on his first solo concert tour, RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR, in June. The tour includes performances in South Korea, Japan, the U.S., and Europe, spanning from July 5 to August 10.
His upcoming album, Echo, will be released on major music platforms on May 16. Other BTS members are currently serving in the military. Coldplay's Music of the Spheres World Tour is set to conclude in September.
