Tyla Honored at iHeartRadio Awards; Taylor Swift and Queen Among Other Notable Winners

The 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards celebrated top artists, with South Africa's Tyla securing the World Artist of the Year award, triumphing over nominees like Burna Boy. Her hit single "Water" has garnered over 174 million Spotify streams. Tyla also received nominations for R&B Song of the Year and Dance Song of the Year.

Taylor Swift also received accolades, winning Artist of the Year, Pop Album of the Year, and Tour of the Year. Other winners included Teddy Swims for Best New Artist, Billie Eilish for Album of the Year, and Lady Gaga & Bruno Mars for Best Collaboration.

Queen, Herbie Hancock, and Barbara Hannigan are the Polar Music Prize 2025 laureates. Queen, with over 300 million albums sold, is recognized as an influential rock band. Hancock, a jazz legend, previously won an Oscar for Best Original Score. Hannigan, a soprano and conductor, is celebrated for her innovative orchestral programs and Grammy-winning album.
