Tom Cruise, 62, recently lauded Ana de Armas' spinoff in the John Wick franchise. He was seen in an Instagram video from the London premiere of Mission: Impossible - The Final Reckoning. Cruise was speaking with Spanish producer and actor Javier Ibarreche.

"I just saw the movie -- it kicks ass," Cruise said in the clip, expressing his enthusiasm. He also praised Brad Pitt's upcoming F1 movie, calling it a "fun movie." In F1, Pitt plays a former driver returning to Formula 1.

De Armas, 37, confirmed she and Cruise are working on "a few projects" together. This confirmation came during a May 15 appearance on Good Morning America. They were first spotted together in February, sparking collaboration rumors.

While promoting Ballerina, de Armas addressed rumors of working with Cruise. GMA co-host Michael Strahan directly asked about a movie involving "some other crazy stunts."

"We're definitely working on a lot of things. Not just one but a few projects with Doug Liman and Christopher McQuarrie and, of course, Tom. And I'm so excited," de Armas stated. Liman and McQuarrie have frequently collaborated with Cruise on various projects.

An insider revealed that Cruise and de Armas were seen having dinner with their agents in February. They were discussing potential collaborations. Since then, they have been spotted together multiple times, including on de Armas' birthday in London.
