The singer, 35, revealed his daughter's name on Instagram on June 17. A source close to the former couple told PEOPLE that the name was chosen because it resonated with them. The name Saga, meaning 'story' or 'tale,' signifies a new beginning filled with meaning and hope.
The source also mentioned that Fox and Kelly, despite living separately, spend considerable time together at Fox's home. Kelly is reportedly making an effort to be the best father he can be. The baby is adorable, and Fox is doing well.
MGK, whose real name is Colson Baker, shared a video of himself playing the ukulele for Saga on Instagram. He captioned the post, "Saga Blade Fox-Baker ❤️🔥 thank you for the ultimate gift @meganfox," revealing her name for the first time.
Fox and Kelly, who were engaged in January 2022, ended their relationship in late November, shortly after announcing the pregnancy. Fox is also mother to sons Noah, Bodhi, and Journey from her previous marriage to Brian Austin Green. Kelly has a daughter, Casie, with his ex, Emma Cannon.
Fox welcomed Saga, her fourth child and first with Kelly, on March 27. Kelly shared the news on Instagram with a video of himself holding his newborn daughter. He wrote, "She's finally here!! our little celestial seed 🥹💓♈️♓️♊️."
