The legal trouble stems from a February incident in Spring, Texas, involving Lohan's ex, Kate Major. Major, the mother of Lohan's two youngest sons, alleged he assaulted her. This led to a felony assault charge and a warrant for Lohan's arrest in Florida.
The arrest violated the terms of Lohan's 2022 probation. He was initially convicted on five counts of patient brokering in West Palm Beach. Meanwhile, Lindsay Lohan resides in Dubai with her family and is preparing for the release of her new movie, 'Freakier Friday'.
