Chef Arie Nurandi from Oakwood teamed up with Chef Citra from Ladang Lima to create two nutritious and flavorful gluten-free recipes: steamed bakpao with chicken filling and red sugar cake.
Guests participated in an interactive session, gaining insights into preparing healthy dishes that align with modern dietary preferences without sacrificing taste. They also enjoyed tasting these creations.
