Cannes film festival: stars gather for 78th edition

The 78th Cannes Film Festival is set to open amidst great anticipation, drawing cinema's biggest stars, including Tom Cruise and Robert De Niro. The annual event will run until May 24th, culminating in the prestigious Palme d'Or award.
