The jury described the film as "an intimate diary, a family album, a collective story, and a lyrical homage to nature." They highlighted its ability to blur the lines between different eras, genres, and forms of life. Đorđević's success in transforming a personal story of loss into a film that is both modest and magnificent was also noted.
The film, inspired by the director's real-life experiences and featuring his family members, is a co-production between Serbia, Slovenia, and Croatia. The cast includes Negrica Đorđević, Stefan Đorđević, Boško Đorđević, and Đorđe Davidović.
