East African Arts and Culture Festival Promotes Regional Integration in Addis Ababa

The East African Arts and Culture Festival, held at the Addis Ababa International Convention Center, concluded its five-day event focused on "Art and Culture for Regional Integration." Representatives from eleven East African nations, including Ethiopia, Rwanda, and Uganda, participated in the festival, which aimed to foster cultural exchange and trade integration. Ethiopian Culture and Sports State Minister Nafisa Al-Mahdi emphasized the festival's role in strengthening cohesion and fraternity among nations. The festival featured a diverse range of activities, including conferences, exhibitions, performances, and culinary showcases, providing a platform for participants to experience and appreciate the diverse cultures of the region.
