NASA reports that astronauts Sunita Williams and Butch Wilmore are scheduled to return to Earth in late March 2025. Their return has been delayed due to mission scheduling and technical issues. Currently, they are conducting scientific research and maintenance work on the International Space Station (ISS). Their extended stay aids scientists in studying the effects of long-duration space missions. Williams and Wilmore will return aboard a SpaceX Crew Dragon spacecraft, landing in the Atlantic Ocean or the Gulf of Mexico.
