Rare Planetary Alignment Visible in Late February

In late February, a rare planetary alignment will be visible, featuring Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. This event, where seven planets appear together in the night sky, is best viewed just after sunset. Mercury, Venus, Mars, and Jupiter will be visible to the naked eye. Saturn may be harder to spot near the horizon. Uranus and Neptune require binoculars or a telescope. Clear skies and minimal light pollution improve visibility. A similar alignment with six planets is expected in August 2025.
