Hawaii's Kilauea volcano began its tenth eruption since December on Wednesday, February 19, according to the US Geological Survey's Hawaiian Volcano Observatory. The eruption at Kilauea's Halemaumau crater started at 8:22 pm local time. Fountains from the north vent reached heights of 300-400 feet (90-125 meters).
