Newly released thermal footage from the USS Jackson on February 15, 2023, reveals what appear to be two 'Tic Tac' shaped UFOs off the coast of San Diego. The footage was captured by personnel inside the Combat Information Center aboard the USS Jackson.
According to a crew member, one of the objects was observed emerging from the ocean before ascending into flight, classifying it as a transmedium Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena (UAP). The Pentagon defines 'transmedium' as the ability of an object to fly across multiple environments, such as air and water.
The crew observed two objects moving from north to south using the ship's thermal camera. The objects, lacking visible propulsion, disappeared from radar synchronously. Investigative journalists Jeremy Corbell and George Knapp released the footage on their podcast, 'WEAPONIZED'.
The incident bears similarities to the 2004 USS Nimitz event, where naval aviators encountered a 'tic tac'-shaped UAP. These incidents raise questions about national security and the nature of these phenomena. The All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office (AARO) is the office in the Department of Defense leading the U.S. government's efforts to address UAPs.
