Corinthians football fans and environmental activists are continuing the Corinthians Ecological Corridor (CEC) project in São Paulo, Brazil, throughout 2025. This initiative focuses on planting native Atlantic Forest trees around the Neo Química Arena to combat the urban heat island effect. The project initially focused on planting trees along the route from Praça do Elefante Comunista to the green areas near the stadium. The initiative aims to extend planting to Itaquera Station along Radial Leste.
