Iguazu Falls, a designated World Heritage site since 1984, stands as a testament to nature's grandeur and biodiversity. Nestled within the Misiones rainforest, this park spans 67,000 hectares, showcasing over 275 waterfalls.
The park is home to over 2,000 species of native flora. It also hosts a diverse fauna, including 80 mammal and 450 bird species. The falls, some reaching heights of 80 meters, extend nearly 3 kilometers.
Visitors can explore the falls through various trails, including the Sendero Macuco, a 7 km trek offering close encounters with the region's flora and fauna. The Garganta del Diablo, a massive amphitheater where millions of tons of water cascade, is another major attraction.
